Punishment

This is a first-person horror game demo made in Unreal Engine 4. This project focuses on immersion and building tension through the use of environmental storytelling, realistic sound design and lighting, and a minimalist UI. The player will find themselves in a game of cat and mouse against a bloodthirsty creature, and must rely on their senses, stealth and a mysterious weapon to survive and escape.

My work in this project includes:

  • Designing and implementing all game mechanics, events, enemy encounters and behaviors.

  • Level design and set dressing using models from Unreal Marketplace, as well as some props and textures/decals I made.

  • Editing and implementing audio assets into the game.

  • Player, creature and environment animations (from Marketplace assets as well as my own creation).

  • Visual effects (from Marketplace assets as well as my own creation) and lighting.

  • UI design and functionality.

One Minute Delivery

A casual stunt driving game made in UE4, where players take on the role of a delivery driver, picking up and delivering items from shops to customers around the city within a time limit. Players can earn bonus points while doing deliveries by driving dangerously, performing aerial stunts or simply by doing the job efficiently!

My work in this project includes:

  • Scripting all game mechanics, spawn system, timers, rewards systems etc.

  • Level design, set dressing and implementing moving traffic.

  • Lighting and day-night cycle - every run starts at midday and ends at sunset (if all deliveries are successful).

  • Editing and implementing audio, animations and particle effects into the game.

  • UI design and functionality.

Stellar Commando

A pixel art-style space shooter with randomized power-ups and enemy waves, made in Unity. 

My work in this project includes:

  • Designing and implementing all game mechanics, progression and reward systems, enemies and spawn system with Bolt Visual Scripting.

  • Art direction and pixel art creation.

  • Implementing audio assets into the game.

  • UI design and functionality.

Begone, Foul Beast! (Work in progress)

This is a melee hack & slash action game, where the player must rely on skill, precision and resource management to survive and defeat the evil forces plaguing the land. The project is a work in progress using Unreal Engine 5. My work in this project includes:

  • Designing, prototyping and finetuning all game mechanics, combat system, items and enemy encounters including the boss fight.

  • Designing and constructing the level, plus set dressing and placement of foliage and props.

  • UI design and functionality.

UEFN Level Art

Here's some level composition and set dressing I did for Streamline Studios. These were made using assets from Fortnite and FAB in UEFN.
